
RevenueValve Marketing is a startup marketing agency currently in search of an entry level sales and customer service representative to increase the revenue of our agency along with our clients. We're a creative agency that specializes in commercial cinematography and social media advertisements. This is not putting you inside retail brands to sales promotions. This job is 80 percent work from home with 20 percent occasional in person meetings for training and sales.

Duties include ( but are not limited to)
1. Scouting websites and directory listings, collecting information such as phone numbers and names
2. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
3. Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
4. Cold calling potential customers
5. Attend meetings when required, either in person or via zoom
6. Attend in person events to support the team and customers
7. Document acquisition workflow according to process guidelines
8. Additional tasks as assigned by Manager, Lead, or assignee
Qualifications
•The determination to work harder than anyone you know
Everyone should he able to work in excel, and then download it.
Excel is the spreadsheet that people should work in.
The biggest thing you can do about ads, is make sure the rest of we have an older demo that people can walk through.
•strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict
•The ability to work with the latest technologies
•We prefer some sales experience, but we have top sales representatives with diverse backgrounds
skills in using excel and word documents
